Well, it's past noon on Monday. I submitted a TestFlight build on Friday. Still "In Review" for macOS.
No clue.
I guess maybe I'll just submit a new build?

I never got around to submitting a new build of Tapestry because I was too busy, but the macOS build is still in TestFlight review. I submitted it Friday around 5pm and it's now past 5pm on Monday so it's been about 72 hours now. For a TestFlight build that only goes to registered testers, doesn't use real money, can be automatically audited to not use "bad" APIs, and is from a (hopefully) trusted developer. I freely admit this build isn't super important - but this is, frankly, disrespectful.
