Welp. Is our lense ruined? Never mind the dust, there seems to be some cable loose inside the lense. It moves around and casts a shadow on the image.
Nikkor 18-200mm VR DX.

Looks like it might be a known issue... :/ https://photo.stackexchange.com/a/134924 > This cable (linking the VR motors to the circuit board) is attached to an internal barrel of the lens by double-sided adhesive which deteriorates releasing the cable, which then becomes caught on the focus linkage. Continued use may release the focus issue, but it does so by damaging the cable and disabling the VR.
