Let me put it this way: if the odor in the hallways makes you not inviting guests because it’s not inviting, it’s basically making you wanting to sell, probably for less of the actual market value because other buyers will probably see that as element who removes the value.

    @xavsworld@mas.to I didn’t have a recent look, but I would bet it’s the same value as when I bought it… maybe 1% in capital gains. The other nuisance is the condo tower they’re building next door cutting away the little amount of sunlight I get. This condo was an expensive mistake in my life, that I’m stuck with. I’m now trying to save money for a cash down for a condo somewhere nicer (in another province)… I calculated it should take me another 10 or so years. @jerome@jasette.facil.services @stephanie@ottawa.place
