How much will the 8 tooth gear rotate when the two teeth of a 64 tooth wheel turn past it?

I made a quick 15 minute print in order to validate my math that the 8 tooth gear will make a quarter turn, although it's not clear that it's doing that. Seems slightly more than 1/4 but not quite 1/2.
