10k B-Day Run
Felt a bit heavy, in particular the last 2k when accelerated and the strides at the end. HRV all over the place last night.... However, I am another year older, perhaps not wiser, buy still kicking ass 🥳😎🙏 #running #effortlessrunning #Phuket
