I don’t care about the Whitehouse. I don’t care about The Kennedy Center. I don’t care about the arch or the reflecting pool. Assuming there’s anything left at the end of his term, the first thing we should do is pass an amendment establishing that no one is above the law. If a president breaks the law, he should have justice. Maybe that will make some kind of difference. Nothing less than Trump and his co-conspirators rotting in prison will save the U.S. Maybe it isn’t worth saving. I used to think we were on a path to some day live up to our hype. However, I don’t see it anymore.
