Yeah, probably sending my kids to private school. Don’t want to move to the suburbs.

I worked for a pretty good school district, with that context I’ll say that every kid that transferred from a private school was so far behind it was crazy. Then the parents would freak out because suddenly their little precious wasn’t getting straight A’s like they did at their private school.

I interned at a private school for a term in university. Students at that school had their parents paying 5x my university tuition while being multiple grade levels behind in reading, writing, math, and science. What was all that money for? Well at least they got a chance to study abroad in France and have a professional theatre company run their school play.
