We have no restrictions, but once in a while boss will ask us to wear business casual if there's customers coming to the office or something like that. Once me and mate we're asked to go to a conference room tho. I was wearing a very "weedy" band shirt and he had an impaled bloodied christ -type black metal shirt on.
