That’s not the substance of the video. The fisherman’s complaint are their nets are being caught by these wind farms, being put up in their fishing grounds, as well as it being a navigation hazard.. there is no definitive statement that the installations are scaring away fish but they do produce noise.
And of course, the construction has a tendency to disturb marine life one way or another.
Also, the fisherman’s complaints do not revolve around La Niña.

@GhostOnTheHalfShell@masto.ai Yep, more research needed, especially when other research shows positive externalities from turbines for fish. The ocean is noisy and full of vibrations from waves, and boat motors. The citizens in the video blame the turbines, which sounds like unsubstianted correlation not causation (the same oilman disinfo that turbines are bird blenders).
