Maybe, hopefully, OP just doesn’t spend as much time with girls as he did when a little boy. Anyway random cartwheels are definitely still a thing.

I had a co-worker in her early 30s, who was a former gymnast, and also coached gymnastics. She’d not only occasionally knock out a few cartwheels in the hallway, but she could also still do aerials. Aerial example: youtu.be/BUj32xhdJ4s
