@CindyWeinstein@zirk.us Massachusetts showed that a one time tax isn’t necessary; you can keep taxing them, every year, and not just the billionaires, either. Turns out they DON’T go running off to Two-Penny Town, Alabama, when a blue state calls their bluff.
