@alina@girldick.gay sometimes lawsuits are not about the money and more about what gets brought up in discovery, or getting the attention of the machinery of the organisation when other methods fail this is why you see a lot of cases just quietly settle after someone finally actually called back to discuss whatever the dispute was about
