Grabbed a new Apple Magic Keyboard to use while I figure out the Nuphy key switch trouble. The real problem however is I may never go back. The Magic is just so smooch and has the Touch ID and dedicated arrow keys that are easy to find by touch. 😜

@gedeonm@mastodon.social Had that happen to a couple keyboards. Doesn't necessarily mean the switches are bad, usually they're just dirty inside. You need a dielectric contact cleaner on spray with the tiny straw, one that's plastic-safe. Remove the key caps off the switches, push down into the stem of the switch with the spray straw, and apply the cleaner so it gets inside the switch. Press the key several times so it gets clean, repeat on each offending key, replace the caps and try. Should work as new
