i'm not sure if i feel proud that, in my capstone project interview, my advisor was so surprised that i used no AI whatsoever in my project that the interview ended early. she said, "all of the questions i would normally have ask students to explain AI-generated code so we can determine whether they understand it." i mean... am i proud of myself? or existentially depressed about that whole statement? anyway, i passed. certificate incoming.
