It's amazing when a company remembers my accessible preference. They've sent me a form out on an audio CD.
I'd be very interested to discover exactly how they want me to fill that in.
My instinct would be to record the answer after the question and then send them that recording in an email, but somehow I don't think they'll accept that.

@daygar@tweesecake.social You are supposed to send the answer back using a dictation machine that cuts to belt, acoustically recording yourself playing the CD back, then pausing and shouting your answers from across the room at appropriate times.
