#3goodthings #ThreeGoodThings 1) Finished the ADHD 2.0 book. Appropriately quick read. Insightful - I learned a lot in its 135 pages (there are some pretty serious appendices!). Recommended. 2) Held a work meeting that involved a bit of a gamble - hoping to shift culture & stop some mean behavior. And I think I got lucky & found the right balance. 🤞 3) Gorgeous day. Couldn’t take photos as I rode down Market Street around dawn, but the few clouds lit by early sunrise looked like what th...

Finally reached about 6 paragraphs on the short story introduction for my Anthrosona, took awhile for the words to begin to flow for me. I am happy that gradually writing is becoming a thing for me again. I fucked off the Python lesson today, but I might still do it regardless before ending tonight with some good old Dying Light: The Beast! #today #writing #Anthro

Looks like I got a minor cold, so popped a pill at work, with luck, this will help me endure the worst of my symptoms. I just wish we had some pills without Acetaminophen, as I am not really in pain and its bad for the liver at too high of levels. I will have to extend the dosing cycle from four to at least 6 to 8 hours to insure my liver is fine. That feels like a safe bet. #today

Dirty hands, bright futures. Our young farmers know that real growth takes patience, effort, and a little faith in the process just like the crops they tend every day. At Nutritious Foods Uganda, every lesson learned on the farm is a step toward a stronger, more self-reliant community. Thank you for walking this journey with us. #mastodon #gardening #Garden #solarpunk #Green #diet #wefeedyou #food #nature #environment #diet #vegans #biodiversity #ecology @gardening @gardening@fedigroups.socia
