Many of you may have heard of #swatting and considering how many #queer folks are on here I wouldn’t be surprised if someone seeing this has been a victim or know someone who has been a victim of such an attack. Here is a new tactic - using #CPS to inflict maximum pain to queer families. #PeteButtigieg and his family were targeted with a fake CPS report and led to him being separated from his 4 year old twins while the case was being evaluated (and children being interviewed in the absence of pa...

What is a trustworthy way to extract the secret key from a QRCode for #MFA that only displays the image and offers no way to access the secret as text? I want to avoid shady browser plugins or commands to extract the secret. I need to extract the secret text since I don't see a way to scan the QRCode directly in my #keypassxc #security

Hi #neovim experts! If I want to try out neovim, is there a setup that already comes preconfigured with basic tooling like telescope? Or is my best bet to download #lazyvim and watch a 6 part video series? #ide #python #golang

I was at the local zoo / amusement park when I accidentally encountered this baby Anna’s Hummingbird on the ground. Fortunately there are rangers in the park who were paged to help the bird. One of the park staff members told me they’ll see if the fledgling can fly back to the nest. Looks like it already has adult plumage so I am feeling hopeful about it recovering. #inaturalist #birds #birdsofmastodon #hummingbird #wildlife #nature #SanJose #California #sfba #ALT4you
