I love all the progress around #pixelfed! @dansup@mastodon.social and @shlee@aus.social are doing a tremendous job. I read about people being sentimental, wishing back old platforms without algorithmic timelines like MySpace. I'd argue — just give Pixelfed and Mastodon a try. It's also the nice people you meet there that make a huge difference.

Scatto for Pixelfed (iOS) got an update: - EXIF metadata can be added to your post (activate under settings, long press to edit) - Direct-Messages: react with an emoji (activate under settings, long press on message you’d like to react) - Minor bug fixes / convenience Now working on brushing up notifications. Keep the feedback coming :-D . I love it how user-feedback helps to make it an even better #pixelfed app. https://apps.apple.com/de/app/scatto-for-pixelfed/id6796387680

@dansup@mastodon.social any chance to add Scatto as additional iOS App on https://pixelfed.org/mobile-apps ? It builds on the work of Impressia adding Video, Stories, Collections, DMs, Places, Filters, Drafts… Also many UX and bug fixes. It’s few + open source. More important: can you share more on your plans enabling push for 3rd party apps? Would love to be the first to support. And a BIG thank you for your dedication to the #pixelfed project! https://apps.apple.com/de/app/scatto-for-pixe...
