  @atpfm@mastodon.social Re Solar: I been thinking about this for a while. My energy company has a tool to check your potential costs and savings. I look to save an estimated $3000 a year, for an outlay of approx $15000. It makes sense and I don't have to deal with a smelly noisy generator.

From the ACCC "What a business shouldn’t do Businesses shouldn’t: make ambiguous or contradictory statements or use jargon that consumers wouldn’t be able to understand" Nick may be able to argue that Apple engaged in false advertising by calling the process a migration when it's clearly not what a normal person would consider to be migrating services.
