@inhabitedbeauty @PugJesus Regarding https://piefed.social/c/inhabitedbeauty/p/2050317/neighborhood-in-helsinki-finland, that is not a neighborhood in Helsinki, Finland, it’s Carrer d'Hèlsinki in Barcelona, you can see the street sign in the photo. @Iconfactory In #Tapestryapp on the Mac, is it possible to set which browser links open in? Asking because for work, I need to have Chrome set as the Mac's default browser, but for Tapestry, I would rather have links open in Safari.

Congrats Singa for a Top 10 spot in @fastcompany's The 10 most innovative music companies of 2026! 10. SINGA For giving established and indie artists a way to earn from karaoke. [...] At best, karaoke tracks are re-recorded as covers and licensed to bars through third-party services. One of those services is Singa, a Helsinki, Finland-based platform that is focused on being the “Spotify of karaoke.” https://www.fastcompany.com/91497277/music-most-innovative-companies-2026

Brilliant observation via @densediscovery in https://www.densediscovery.com/issues/382 Nobody on LinkedIn has ever had a bad day. Every setback is a ‘growth opportunity’. Every firing is a ‘new chapter’. Every complete professional disaster is framed as ‘excited to announce’. These people would describe the Titanic as ‘a bold pivot to submarine operations’. @Daojoan on Mastodon

@overcastfm Excited to read that there is an Overcast transcription feature in @appleinsider's post "Giant Mac mini cluster powers Overcast podcast transcripts without the cloud" https://bsky.app/profile/appleinsider.com/post/3miwbql2hpt2q. Not seeing it in the current App Store version of Overcast, so I guess it's in beta for now?

@Iconfactory My #TapestryApp feed is suddenly empty and the notification at the bottom of the screen says there are 29 problems. Tapping that revealsna bunch of connector errors and urges me to update to the latest version. According to App Store I seem to have the latest version? How to fix this?

@Iconfactory Will the #macOS #TapestryApp get the "Open Links In... In-App Browser / Reader Mode / External Browser" option, which is available in the iOS and iPadOS apps? In most cases, I would prefer to open links in an in-app browser also on Mac, instead of generating tabs in an external browser. An in-app browser in Tapestry for Mac should include the same sharesheet and "open in default browser" functions available in Tapestry for the iOS and iPadOS.

Watching today's Shanghai #f1 qualifying session, I was surprised to see a very #finnish looking sponsor sticker "Vellamo" in a close-up of #oliverbearman's helmet from the pits. Turns out Vellamo is indeed a Finnish company, a luxury water brand that serves as the "Official Hydration Partner" of #HaasF1. Apparently their logo appears on the helmets, cars and drinking bottles per a multi-year agreement with Haas. https://vellamo.com/f1/
