  It's an incredible thing to have something in my head and then in my hands, or seeing myself wear it in a mirror. It was even more surreal to imagine a space and then be standing in that thing from my imagination.   @themariday@mastodon.social I did try the "hardmode" setup, and the mapper did have more difficulty. It kept seeing reflections and deciding the pixel was somewhere inbetween the real LED and its reflection. The solution was stopping down the camera's shutter speed a lot. Then Marimapper did much better finding the real LED. It's not perfect, but overall looks good
