  Big timelines for #ExoMars Rosalind Franklin programme. Slippage due to NASA pulling out for funding reasons, then a partnership with Russia dissolving due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Programme was conceived in 2001 and planned launch currently 2028. Not for the original Why, however in the long run the project significantly benefited the area by kicking off regeneration. Getting the original why question right is crucial.

  After filling a toilet with toxic, rancid waste, in a very small room, I felt a bit sheepish about opening the door as I could hear someone waiting right outside in the claustrophobic corridor. As I opened the door, I shamefully met the man’s friendly gaze. Everything was good for a fraction of a second, and then his face dropped.
