The plot thickens. I thought I found one company manipulating their online reviews with fake ratings. On closer inspection, it rather seems that the review _platform_ that they use is a partner in their practices, actively enabling orgs to suppress negative reviews. They ignore my complaints on fake reviews, even when provided with clear evidence, screenshots, everyting.
