Your new friend is a video game aficionado with love for all things retro, be it old tech or the newfound appreciation of retrowave and synthwave music.

This bald otherwise metalhead enjoys playing with computers with a clock frequency between 0.985 and 200 MHZ and has been an avid Linux prophet since the days when he could only surf the internet through dialup and terminals.

Toots incoherently in English (toot-toot) and Swedish (tut-tut), so don't be afraid to filter as needed.

Today it's #Höstkruset2026! We're a gang of friends driving to a cabin in the woods where there's no phone service, to eat and drink beer! There will be fun and games, some sauna and perhaps a dip in the ocean. I will spend the night in our Volvo as usual, watching a horror movie before bed. On top of it, I'm visiting a friend that has moved to the area whom I haven't seen in a year or two. All in all, a good Saturday.

I just realized that the chorus on "Boo's House" in Sonic Team Racing is the theme of SatAm Sonic. Nice

I wonder if all these Linux exploits are being thrown out there by Microsoft into scaring corps to Windows Server. 1) Have LLM scan through open source for potential exploits 2) Whip up a POC to showcase these exploits 3) Release as 0days, bypassing any best practices regarding publications of exploits 4) Point and say, "See? Linux is more exploitable than Windows"

Why is that the best wallpapering results are always the areas that goes behind furniture and wardrobes, while the mess-ups are always up front and center for the world to behold
