  I’ve only seen a couple of people in my career with true narcissistic personality disorder. And I think it’s only because they came to me for a chronic medical problem, not to gain insight into other issues. People with NPD don’t go to therapy because there’s nothing to fix, in their minds. Therapy is generally contraindicated for NPD because they use it to air grievances about how others have wronged them.   One of the tidal pools on the trail to Queens Bath. In the summer the north shore is relatively calm, so you can make your way along to the enclosed pool to swim. The water is such an amazing color and you can often spot sea turtles riding the waves nearby.

  Midwest observations: In June 2021, we had an EF3 tornado pass just to the south of our house in the Chicago suburbs, by about a mile or so.
