Apple’s new leasing program (Upgrade) is now live. Lease a device for 1-3 years, upgrade to a new device after that, return it, or pay the difference to own it. iPhone 17 is $23 for 24 months, or an M3 Ultra Studio can be $328 for 36. Apple Care not included, iPhone Upgrade program is gone.

Me realizing Apple raised prices on HomePod but not Watch, even though they use the same chip And same with Apple TV. Uses an iPhone chip and has less storage 🤔

Can’t believe I didn’t know about this feature, but here’s another reason to use Callsheet: Saw a Reel where Anne Hathaway said she’s worked with Christopher Nolan 3x, I knew about 2, looked it up and remembered The Odyssey is coming!

A few follow-ups on my podcast app video: - I need to cover CarPlay apps - Hope Overcast adds transcript search - Pocket Casts allows chapter selection playback - Overcast widget should left-align play button like others or add controls like Castro

After my podcast app video and losing 600 Shortcuts (I had a backup, all good), made a few changes to my main iPhone Home Screen and today view. And feature request @marcoarment - please make an option for the play button on the widget to be left-aligned, and color to match the theme I choose in-app 🙏🏻

I’ve seen so many reels lately of “how I made Claude into a content machine for Instagram” etc etc. I see the prompts creators leave in the captions…and I’m skeptical. I’ve tried with Claude Cowork, Design, and now Codex with Canva plugin and I wouldn’t post any of this

Adding video to Apple Podcasts has messed with our metrics for Primary Technology, as people "watching" don't count as "downloads" anymore. And you can see from the @transistor graph Podcasts was our No 1 source, Overcast 2nd. BUT...looking at Apple Podcasts metrics directly, you can probably guess when we turned on video. Graph shows last 60 days:

If you heard the last MPU, you know my Watch band collection, BUT I bought one more... I don't typically prefer link bracelets, but the new Nomad Stratos is pretty great. Flexible interior is really comfortable.
