  as much as i dont like it i dont think suing will do anything, because technically they didn't do anything wrong, you did choose to publish your things publicly, and they just downloaded it. i think what we need is more defined regulations on what can be used for training. it's hard to draw a line though, what if someone wanted to scrape just a little bit of data to train their own hobby model? i'd be fine with that.
