  2.5ºC lower in the flat than it was 48 hours ago. CLIMATE CHANGE IS OVER. Obviously it really isn’t, but such is my mentality that I’ll grab onto that sense of immediate relief with both hands and any others that are available. Til the next time, anyway.

  Feel like I could get absolutely shitfaced. I’m not going to - I’ve got half a pint left and that’ll be it. But either adrenaline’s flowing or part of me is thinking I can drink like I did 30 years ago (which wasn’t without consequences even then). Nah. Worth acknowledging the feeling, but not going with it. I want to feel ok when I wake up tomorrow, for one thing.

  Was annoyed at the prospect of more windy/gusty weather this morning as I wanted to go out #cycling. So I motivated myself to go out *before* the bad weather kicked in, and did 5 and a half miles, a step up from Wednesday's first jaunt of the year.
