Requiring invisible watermarks instead of a visible “made with AI” label is baffling. If the goal is to tell readers when text is generated by AI, a clear “made with AI” tag is immediately obvious, no extra tools needed. By contrast, an invisible statistical mark only helps if readers can already detect it. Detection may be available as a separate API, but pricing and access aren’t public yet. Will it be free and open, or gated behind accounts? From my perspective, even open-weight models ru...

My blog is a compiled artifact, not a rented form. #Indexcards → #Logseq → #Typst → static HTML → #Surge, deployed in seconds. Zero npm bloat, zero subscription, zero platform I don't control. Every post starts on paper before it ever touches a keyboard. That's not aesthetic, that's architecture. And honestly? I feel bad for Substack writers now. They picked an overrated web-editor over understanding how their own words get published. That's not a tech choice, that's an int...

Halfway through 2026 already. That means it's planner season, unless you're already undated-and-proud. What matters most in a 2027 weekly planner: layout (dot-grid vs lined), paper quality, index card compatibility, monthly overview? #PKM #Zettelkasten #Productivity #WeeklyPlanner #Obsidian #IndexCards

Once in a while I get asked: "What's the value of an index card notebook? How is it different from just a notebook?" #indexcards #pkm #zettlekasten #productivity #QuestionThatKeepsComingUp https://substack.com/@sevetech/note/c-259972516?r=86r2c9

The research on #handwritten notes is solid. Writing by hand forces you to think. You can't transcribe everything, so your brain does the work of deciding what matters. You synthesize. You understand. That's real. https://substack.com/@sevetech/note/c-261425202?r=86r2c9&utm_source=notes-share-action&utm_medium=web #notetaking #notebook #sketchBook

The #coupon landscape has changed dramatically. Traditional coupon aggregators are cluttered, outdated, and frankly exhausting to navigate. Most sites are filled with expired deals, misleading #discounts and endless scrolling through irrelevant offers. #affiliate #affiliatemarketing https://substack.com/@sevetech/note/c-260414105?r=86r2c9&utm_source=notes-share-action&utm_medium=web

I've almost finished creating a reference card for my reading marks that I'm thinking to use alongside my index card notebook for active reading. https://substack.com/@sevetech/note/c-263469343?r=86r2c9&utm_source=notes-share-action&utm_medium=web #reading #indexcard #cheatsheet #nootebook

If you're using a PKM tool like Obsidian, Logseq, Roam Research, or Notion, at some point you've likely dealt with this: You have handwritten notes, journal pages, or sketched diagrams that exist only on paper, completely separate from your digital vault or graph. How do you handle the integration? 📷 Scan and attach as images? ✍️ Manually transcribe into your system? 🤖 Use OCR tools? 🖊️ Switched to reMarkable or Supernote? Share your workflow in the comments, curious how others...
