Donald Trump reached a new low by opening a ceremony to award US military recipents the highest honor the nation has, the Medal of Honor, by rambling about &#39;his&#39; gold drapes and how much the first lady is annoyed by the jack-hammers building &#39;his&#39; new east wing of the White House.
