  Cool memory from being in the hospital yesterday. I was barely conscious, but I could hear my wife talking to the docs. She was misgendering me to the docs, and like cool I'm not out to my docs but still. My heart rate spiked every time she did like enough for the docs to be concerned and I don't think anyone realized why. Fun times

  Steam is so fucking cool. I remember installing WoW with lutris, needing 2 dozen deps on my system, needing to mess with a bunch of wine settings, and it breaking every update. This time I just pointed steam to the battle.net launcher and told it to use proton. It just worked no problem. I'm in wow with no glitches, high fps, no extra deps. Sick dude

  I need a gender neutral term for dude/dudette. Good Burger taught me at a young age that dude is a gender neutral term. After all, I'm a dude, he's a dude, she's a dude, we're all dudes hey. I don't think that actually caught on tho, still seems pretty gendered

  Memories are cool. I've been grinding out dragon defenders on osrs for my non-iron account. Last time I did this was like 4 years ago? I remember grinding this while filming for a NixOS video that I never finished. Man, Lil Cat was pivotal to that scene, she knocked a can of monster over and fried my PC.   As a teenager I downloaded a RuneScape private server client that had the main theme from OG Doom that played on launch. I had never heard that before and for years I thought they just made that song for the private server lol. A different client had the song Day N Nite by Kid Cudi, and basically my adult music tastes were shaped by the songs some internet randoms pre-baked into their runescape knock-offs
