@jackwilliambell i may have added some nuance in my head in translation. &quot;Might is right&quot; may (in the right hands) be used to protect the neighborhood from bad actors. In the wrong hands, that same might may harm neighbors. One who is a good neighbor only but has not &quot;invested&quot; in &quot;might&quot; may be unable to accomplish anything when a neighbor turns bad. Maybe i&#39;m just misunderstanding your underlying points, but i feel like this needs...

@jackwilliambell btw i love the boiled down simple 2 core principle. Feels like this can indeed be applied to almost everything. But as fundamentally different as those 2 principles sound, i think they are the 2 extremes of a spectrum. And, likely, in most circumstances the truth lies somewhere in between.
