I’ve done it again - I just finished el 10 of Perfect crown only to discover 11 and 12 aren’t out yet ! 😭 So far this series has been flawless for me - the tropes are there, but well executed and not overplayed. I *really* hope that nail the landing! #KDrama #PerfectCrown

Finishing Pursuit Of Jade left me bereft - what do you mean there isn’t any more?! I’m definitely going to have to rewatch, but needed a palate cleanser first. We tried the first ep of Legend of the Female General, hoping it would capture some of the same energy, but it didn’t grab us. Then we tried the first ep of Dream Within a Dream and it had us in stitches the entire episode. I think we have a winner ☺️ #CDrama #PursuitOfJade #LegendOfTheFemaleGeneral #DreamWithinADream

We took Mr 10yo to see & Juliet today - a local production by John X Presents - so much fun ❤️ I’m also proud that the little consulting company I work for so consistently supports the arts and was the major sponsor for this show. They put on a brilliant performance today and were also raising funds for Working It Out (an important local support NFP for the LGBTQIA+ community). https://www.workingitout.org.au/ #Tasmania #Theatre #AndJuliet #Hobart #WorkingItOut

I’ve watched a few reaction videos now for the SWIM music video, and I don’t quite agree with their takes, so here’s my interpretation. The members said it’s about their journey back to ARMY, but I think the story starts earlier. So here goes… 1/5 #bts #btsarmy #fediarmy #kpop #Arirang

If anyone’s interested, I’m continuing to update my post on the Aus Teen Social Media Ban as I find new resources (including some early reports of impacts). An earworm for your day: Trouble by Christopher and Lee Youngji https://song.link/au/i/1768331614 This came on during my drive to work this morning and it was exactly what I needed to get out of my thoughts. Such a great groove. #LeeYoungJi #Christopher #KPop #KHipHop #DanishPop (is that a hashtag?)

@pixelcats@apobangpo.space So smol! I (vaguely) remember what I was like at 16–such a dork!* I can't imagine what a trip it must be like to debut so young. (* Disclaimer: I am still a dork)

RE: https://mastodon.social/@AnnaAnthro/115978921474046841 This (window-middle-aisle) is deranged. You just can’t make kids board separately from their parents. Also, it’s barely faster than a random free-for-all. CPG Grey did a good video on boarding procedures: https://youtu.be/oAHbLRjF0vo

I couldn’t sleep last night so I finished Idol I. This was a great #KDrama and exactly what I needed 9–9.5/10. Things I liked: The main couple were super cute (especially at the end). They showed both the toxic nature of fandoms and saesangs, but also showed how a healthy fandom can be. They didn’t shy away from the impacts the industry can have on artists. They didn’t draw it out - with only 12 episodes the pacing stayed engaging throughout. #IdolI
