@thomasfuchs actually, I think the previous version of the Studio Display did support DisplayPort Alternate mode over USB-C rather than Thunderbolt, so it's possible the Neo supports the older (now discontinued) Studio Display 🤪

@atpfm I was equally annoyed about the Apple Watch workout selection UI, but since I started to use voice commands, I was never bothered again. “Hey siri. Start an outdoor running workout” - works every time and seemingly reliable for me and for different workout types.

from the @1password release notes. I wonder whom they want to increase the consistency of the design experience for? Certainly not the user.

@caseyliss one thing that comes to mind about your notification issue is the “hide alerts” checkbox in the settings of the thread with your wife. Go into the thread, tap the picture at the top, then scroll down to the bottom. There’s a series of toggle switches, one of them is called “hide alerts”. Make sure it’s off.

@atpfm the globe key was moved next to ctrl with the USB-C revisions when the OSes started to use Globe as a modifier key. In the TouchID versions the key was still at the old place, just renamed from Fn. Here is a LaunchAgent you can put in ~/Library/LaunchAgents to map the globe key next to ctrl back to ctrl and the new menu key to Globe, restoring the old functionality. https://gist.github.com/pilif/7feb86e0ce6a891f327a2d5bfa6bf5ef
