  Not reading about making a kernel at all with dreams of grandeur. Considering I've yet to finish a game. And yet a lot of it makes more sense. Which is annoying because I'd rather understand making a game more.

  Listening to The Police ( the only good kind ) and wishing I'd continued with drumming more. Although I'd never get to that level, Copeland just makes it seem so easy and effortless, and if I could have a talent that oozes out, it would be that.

  Sometimes I am so resentful and angry for what I am. The hatred and disappointment for the depression that has sucked so much out of me and my life and denied so much of what I could have been. But then I see the racist cancer a lot of my generation have become. I don't know if it saved me, but it certainly shaped me, and probably prevented me from becoming that. It's such a bittersweet pill to understand, but I would swallow it everyday to not be one of them.

  Finally continuing playing Thief (2014). It's not terrible, but it definitely fails as a Thief game. It has some horrendous design decisions. I get it was unreal and for consoles , but constant area transitions are beyond painful if the platform doesn't require it. You have to be quick, so why do I stare at a collectible for 30 seconds before I can close the safe? Oh yeah, forced discovery and evasion. Similar with chests, closing or peeking takes priority over selecting the...

  Planning some shopping, and even serving suggestion images for a simple pasta dish are AI generated. So tired of this bullshittery. If I buy the product, have I gone slopping?

  Possibly cursed stealth game idea. You have to do good stealth, if an enemy detects you, they will then follow you relentlessly, they always know where you are. You're only defence at that point is a gun. Its effective range is at best slightly extended melee. It's an expiremental gun, that was supposed to disintegrate the target. Which it does, but not as expected.
