    The problem is the workplaces don’t want that. if you’re happier and have more energy, it also makes you more uppity and harder to control. You might even find options for other work! If it means keeping you tired and broken, that’s worth the cost of a little productivity.

    Lithium recycling has never been the problem. The problem is most EVs are new, and people aren&#39;t buying enough of them, so there isn&#39;t enough capacity of old batteries in the system yet for business to profit from building the plants to do the recycling. And now some stupid orange asshole has been sabotaging production, so we&#39;re not going to hit that tipping point for decades.

    It is as a possessive adjective. As in &quot;her car&quot; or &quot;her apple&quot;. It&#39;s not a TRUE adjective, so some modern textbooks call them determiners instead, but functionally this class of possessives is closer to adjectives than nouns.
