    Currently being taken out by menstrual cramps, and beginning to think maybe I&#39;m actually coming down with something as I just had a little cry over my dinner not being what I had hoped, and also my mom is slowly dying and it&#39;s a lot. Just feeling a bit sorry for myself. Sometimes it&#39;s just what is needed.

    It&#39;s interesting how after living abroad for so long, the number one annoyance to me when I&#39;m on holiday is fellow Americans who set the global stereotype that we&#39;re loud, brash, and expect everywhere to be the same as America. 😬 They still think we&#39;re friendly though. 😄

    I&#39;ve decided after nearly a decade of living in the UK, it was about time for me to visit Ireland. I&#39;m headed to Cork, anyone have any recommendations? I tend to try to stay away from the tourist traps and looking more for places and things to do that are unique to the area or that locals would recommend. (But open to tourist traps, if you feel it&#39;s something worth it.)
