    The #Signal bashing is really something else. First one of the main criticisms was “You can’t have an account without a phone number.” Well, now you can (or will soon be able to), but are people happy? No! Now the song goes like “I want an Account without a phone number BUT NOT LIKE THIS!” 🙄 Yeah well then go use another messenger and try to get people to join. Good luck. In the meantime, #SignalApp is still the most accessible and privacy-focused alternative to #WhatsApp out there.

    This does not improve my feelings towards people who use AI. #meshcore tl;dr: Person uses AI to vibe code a lot of stuff without telling the other team members.
