  Hey friends! This month I'm running a kickstarter for The Portal Witch, a roleplaying game of World-Hopping, Magical-Costumed Do-Gooder Kids. This game is Primed by Cortex and is optimized for playing with kids, aiming to emulate children's cartoons where regular kids with fantastic powers help people in need but always get home in time for dinner.   At some point I'd love to see a timeline of the popular news "discovering" the existence of trans people. Chevalier d'Eon, James Barry, Nicolai De Raylan... there are SO MANY instances. Because I strongly suspect there is another "discovery" every twenty years or so, going back centuries, basically to the birth of journalism. There's a great big hubbub and everybody is all up in arms and then they get distracted by other stuff. When the novelty builds up again...
