Good that #GenerativeAI can help people with #TBI to keep track of things while they are writing. https://www.reddit.com/r/BetterOffline/s/SiSWaaj1o0

Watch out, plungers from #Amazon are not high enough quality for use with #Prosthetics. https://youtube.com/shorts/dVHMyo-ieuI

@VeeRat I think for most people, the "right" thing to do isn't the logical thing, it is whatever all the other people around you are doing. Since society has normalized not caring about covid, you have to be neurodiverse to be willing to stand out and wear a mask or tell a group that you aren't willing to eat with them indoors.

@aardrian I'd love to hear about any WCAG violations that you have spotted! It looks like accessibility scanners are flagging a couple of issues that we should fix at some point, but they seem exclusively related to nitpicks about the ARIA specification, which—more often than not—fail to correspond directly to any actual usability impacts that would violate WCAG rules. cc @Kalamuna

@VeeRat People care a lot about what other people think, which isn't an issue until there is a conflict between what they think and what is actually good for them.

Infuriating that transit organizations can't develop a process to reliably assist wheelchair users. https://youtube.com/shorts/XGVPoqggsOE That #accessible taxi at the end is just beautiful though.

I love the fact that people are building elevators for #accessibility out of materials they have at hand (though ideally we as a society would decide to give them safer solutions). https://youtube.com/shorts/YZHrDqvgi18

This really makes me appreciate the ADA in the US, because having a bell to call someone to install a temporary ramp for #wheelchair users to get up one step seems like a terrible system (especially since that angled step seems dangerous for everyone). https://youtube.com/shorts/LEF0H261bgU #accessibility

Horrifying how #MetaAI disregards what a label actually says if a container looks like something else more common. This could lead to #blind people consuming things that they should not be eating or drinking. https://youtube.com/shorts/C_cAWpTYYG0

I'm going to side with the robot on this one. #BegButtons are inherently #inaccessible and unfriendly to pedestrians. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DWUleqvjZR3/
