I found the time to sit down and complete this painting! The original was done digitally in Procreate, and while at the time I wasn’t ready to return to watercolors, I knew it’d look better painted analog than digital and told myself that someday I would revisit this piece 🛸 #mastoart #FediHire #aliens #ufo #uap

Because this drawing was worth so much effort and I’m not ready to move on from it quite yet, here is the lineart. I used two brushes: The Narinder Pencil in Procreate, which is a default brush, and a brush called The Storybook Pencil from a pencil brush pack I purchased like, 7-8 years ago and I can’t find again. The lineart is a piece of artwork in and of itself! #mastoart #ladyknight #darkart

There’s a lot I miss about gardening/having a garden, but having all the fresh herbs my partner and I like to cook with at our fingertips is the thing I miss the most maybe 😔

I purchased a new full-sized watercolor palette today! Like I mentioned in my recent blog post, I don’t plan on starting a new painting until my broken foot heals a bit more, but… it’s exciting!

Good news from my podiatrist! I’ve graduated from crutches, but he still wants me in the medical boot for the next 1-2 weeks. So close!!

Pikmin really has the vibe of “weird cartoon from the 1960s that airs on TV after 10 pm”
