When I backed #Tapestry from the good people at @Iconfactory@iconfactory.world I knew it would likely never be more than a reader. I am so happy today that they’ve added posting, replying, and quoting. It feels like Twitterrifc is finally embracing that optional phoenix icon. :janky_chefkiss:

"The EPA announced it is repealing rules limiting greenhouse gas emissions from coal and gas-fired power plants. The move eliminates requirements that would have forced some power plants to sharply reduce their emissions, including through technologies such as carbon capture and storage. Geoff Bennett discussed what this rollback means with Vickie Patton of the Environmental Defense Fund." https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/epa-repeals-limits-on-greenhouse-gas-emissions-from-power-plan...

When asking people to use correct names is "crossing a line," but using incorrect names isn't, we've really fallen far as a society. Using the correct name used to be a day one thing in education. "Robert?” "I prefer Grace.” "Excellent, welcome Grace.” It's not difficult. @adhdeanasl https://beige.party/@adhdeanasl/116414682455732841
