  @decryption looks like we started GLP1s at the same time. I have had 4 weeks of Wegovy (0.25mg) and have lost 5.5kg. Moving up to 0.5mg next week 🤞

  @decryption if only it weren’t so expensive! My (employer provided) health care plan doesn’t cover any weight management medication. And Wegovy is about $450 a month here in Canada, irrespective of dosage amount (aka the 0.25mg pen costs the same as the 2.7mg pen).

  @decryption it’s even better if you pair a breif 15 minute walk after your major meals of the day, so that your muscles “soak up” the blood sugar instead of requiring insulin to process it (I am not a doctor and this is how my doctor dumbed it down for me, lol). Major “weight” hack.

  @decryption I’ll let you know in a few weeks. This was advice I got today from my doctor after reviewing my latest DEXA scan (after 12 months on Wegovy - down 30kg!). I’m reaching that plateau point where I need to do more than just “eat less” to get rid of the last 10-15.

  @decryption Did you ever write a blog post about your (brief) time with the Ioniq 6? They're ugly a.f. but at the moment they have some amazing deals on MY25 models here in Canada (I think they're skipping MY26). I'm wondering why you went with the EX30 instead...
