What the heck are we allowing our kids to watch? This is a video I found scrolling on tiktok. This is a mom recording part of an episode of The amazing digital circus. It has references to a lot of messed up things, so this will be behind a content warning.https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8GLygYt/

I don't think I've shared this with Mastodon before. However, the Galaxy a16 that was locked to a Samsung account for 3 months has now been factory reset successfully. I'm going to show it a little bit in this clip, as well as talk about the pro and con of carrier locked and unlocked phones. Bloatware is going to be a major factor in this, so hope you enjoy this.

It's ironic that this tick tock song plays, as I'm watching the video on a Galaxy a16! Lol, I found it kind of funny and really couldn't help myself.

Let's see how Easy Voice Recorder Pro works on a mid-range phone.

Looking at notification sounds and ringtones of the Galaxy a16. Also, tell me if I'm going crazy. However, I'm hearing either, ringtones I've never heard before, or old classic ringtones from the Galaxy S8S slash S9 era.

We're currently vacation, and we are staying at a place where the Android TV came with Talkback enabled. The second we turned it on yesterday, talk back just started talking. We didn't know how to turn it off until today, so here's the last 45 seconds of that. Not a long clip today though, so sorry. Also, I'd recommend if you can to wear headphones.

I figured i would quickly update on my Galaxy A 16. I couldn't find a sim ejecter tool. However, i still use this phone fore Tiktok, Facebook, and Youtube. At least system UI no longer crashes like it did when i first had the phone and before the factory reset. Fore some reason, Fedra is running into media API errors, so i have to use TWBlue.

So apparently, our instant supports local only timeline posting. I'm only trying this once because I'm genuinely curious if it works or not. My client offers the option to do it, however, it is not enabled by default. Just found this in the settings of the new app I use for android.

Thanks to Joshua for giving me some really good advice. I was just informed that in developer options on Galaxy phones, there is an option called USB configuration. I was actually able to set it so that from this day forward, it will automatically go to transfer files when I plug my phone into my computer. Beautiful work right? Thank Joshua for that one.

Well, Note to self. No more doordash on the web. I was trying to order some stuff, as I needed to get part of my medication online and over the counter. Unfortunately, they can't get the stuff to me too monday, so the doctors told me to get over the counter stuff for the time being. Well, unfortunately, the lengths that I got through text kept on opening to lead me to the web browser. That would be fine at all, but when I would try to add something to the cart, I wouldn't be able...

This is kind of unfortunate. The app I used to use for Mastodon on Android called megalodon, can no longer connect to my instance in view profile info. Not only this, but I can no longer check my local timeline on that application. It is with great sadness that I report you will probably no longer see any mentions of Megalodon in my posts anymore. Unfortunately, I have had to switch to mosheadon. It is the replacement for megalodon. However, the name Megalodon really felt unique. It was a great...

Some Rumblings from Lexie today! Figured I would make this because of the fact that I have been using both platforms. And after the Megalodon stuff, I felt like I should try to make my own perspectives known! By using those platforms, it is giving me a sense of open-mindedness about the positives and negatives of both!

I just have to give a massive thanks to everyone who helped spread awareness after i posted about the Be My Eyes recordings on Friday. To those who boosted, favorited, or just wrote their opinions in the comments, thank you! My only hope is that this brings about major changes at Be My Eyes, and provides an important lesson on Internet safety.

Unskippable YouTube ads. So recently, I have noticed that we are now getting unskippable ads on YouTube that are over 2 minutes long. The one I got this morning was for TV show called The landman. This thing played five times within a 15 to 20 minute radius. The next one, was this sad ad for an online school. With a voice that sounded like ai. Now look, I understand that AI is fun and all, however, this has gotten out of hand in my opinion. Recently, I've been seeing a lot of AI slop ads...

Well, looks like volunteers are now recording calls with blind people on be my eyes and posting them to tick tock. A post on Facebook yesterday caught my eye, and I did share it and express my thoughts. If you are doing this without the consent of the blind person, this is just plain messed up. Also, I did verify that it is against the terms of service to record conversations like that. People are posting these to tiktok, often drawing thousands if not millions of views. I was able to search up...
