If you listen to people at City Council speaking against the multi-family zoning, you would think that displacement started last year... Reality is you could ban building new buildings tomorrow and displacement would continue, we know that because that's exactly what happened in my neighborhood.

Local MA billionaires are also sad, so they're poured more than $1.5 million into a ballot initiative to cut income taxes. Make sure to vote no in November if it makes it to the ballot.
