A billionaire can never be held accountable. Therefore a billionaire must never make a management decision. #billionaires

@404mediaco@mastodon.social Now the next thing is to have "privacy glasses" that can turn on a facial recognition obfuscation beam (FROB) around your face and have it automatically kick on whenever it detects "smart glasses nearby".

@Radgryd@mstdn.games It saddens me that so many people think you have to use MS Word when there are countless better options. If your publisher or wherever you have to send it requires MS Word, convert it to that then, don't torture yourself with that shit while you're trying to write.

@SteveBellovin I guess by now everyone should go around wearing balaclavas or masks, maybe a Groucho glasses+moustache set. Someone should start companies selling a wide variety of fashionable face-obscuring apparel.

Looking outside as we're on the back edge of a thunderstorm. It's still raining, but also the sun is shining, and I can see a rainbow. That's #Kansas in Spring for you. I tried to take a picture of it but the rainbow doesn't show up in the photo.

I've noticed that posts appearing in your timeline because they contain a hashtag you follow, bypass your filters. This doesn't seem right. The filter should take precedence over the hashtag. #mastodon

Poor Ottawa, they just had a tornado the other day and today they got hit with 80 mph winds. My area just got the edge of things, just a little t-storm as the worst, including a tornado, went by to our southeast. Our weather guy, showing the highway cams, went off in great detail for about 5-10 minutes on why you shouldn't stop under an overpass. 😄 #kansas #storms

Why the hell is King Charles still planning a State visit to the US after trump's threats of genocide? And why was he even planning one at all for that matter? His trip should have been canceled immediately after that horrifying post was sent out. #USPol #UKPol
