Maybe I’m just grumpy but I kind of hate “full refund” rules, especially for games. There are games you can basically _fully_ play, or at least enjoy for a pretty long time, and still fall within something like a 2-week refund window. I have seen it multiple times that purchases get refunded after a very long time, more than enough time to play a game many, many times. Maybe there needs to be an equation here…like, if you bail 30 MINUTES in, full refund; but if you bail 5 DAYS in…50% refund?

Has anyone seen iPhones randomly unlock in their pocket (the very thing Jobs boasted about never happening in the original keynote, with the slide animation)? It’s _so_ frustrating because I will pull it out and see it managed to mis-tap into about 5 different things, making edits in a random Note or some other damn thing. I feel like this has been happening for several iOS versions but I can never pinpoint exactly _how_ my phone seems to unlock itself! And really bad if Undo fails. #iOS #ux

It’s not a given that we must shovel more money into the gaping maw of Apple’s greedy coffers. We must demand better, the premium experiences we once had, and withhold $ until that experience returns. No, I don’t need an Apple Watch anymore; replaced with Garmin. No, I have not replaced my M1 MacBook Pro; it is great. No, I didn’t upgrade to Tahoe (which was shit); I held back until Golden Gate. No, I am not getting a single Apple “subscription” for features that should be Standard. #Apple
