    One of the things I really like about my job is that the managing director and release manager personally sign off on every release. There’s a very strong accountability, both personal accountability and organizational accountability, that just didn’t exist when I worked at a SaaS that shipped 10 releases a week.

    this is so fucking good !!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Q9r-AEzRMA it&#39;s computation like electric lighting. wherever people need to be, whatever stuff they need to work with. computation doesn&#39;t mean everyone inside their own computer. it means people coming together in the same space, getting their hands on the same thing, being present in the same reality.
