The easiest tell is the creators thinking anyone even knew who Eg Begkey Jr was anymore,.let alone cares what he thinks.

Make no mistake, this is 100% going to be Comcast’s alternative to more expensive surveillance options a la Flock, or workplace presence sensor arrays.

Have to see it live to be sure, but it sounds like potentially you're getting an update while the machine is running, and you haven't rebooted to load the new GPU module.

Then maybe they shouldn't be using these tools in the first place. Other Conde Nast employees have already been blowing the whistle about this, which is funny because they sued all the AI companies for stealing content. Whether there is a news article about it or not, these shitty tools are being shoved down everyone's throats. From developers, to authors.

I think you're asking about secession, and at what point that becomes necessary? Texas threatens this every decade or so. The problem is that any individual states outside of New York and California would not be able to subsist. These two states because they have massive economies and are coastal, others because they are landlocked between. The first order of business down this road is finding legal ways to stop the flow of money from these states to the federal government and starving th...

Hard to tell what's happening here. Maybe more info about your grow setup could get more response. That being said, if this is a hydroponic rig of some sort, I can say that not all plants can grow well in such setups for various reasons. Plants take different nutrients ratios in hydro versus soil due to the dilution in water vs soil, and how much they can absorb at any time.

Symlinks are just links to a hard file. Unless you're setting specific flags, you're coming the hard files along with everything else. I'd run a dedupe script on your copied files and see if you didn't happen to double up on some things.

I bet the majority of the new adoption traffic is from mobile networks though. Need more wired carriers adopting.

I don't think you need to directly edit the script if that's what you mean. You want to edit the values in the plug-in menu so it's not out of bounds. Those get passed to the script, which then executes. You probably need the direct error instead of this raised exception. Start Gimp from a terminal, trigger the error, and see if the terminal error is showing exactly what the script's error is.

It's having an issue with a value. This explains it so I don't need to write a novel: https://gimpchat.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6756 Some of the default values in Gimp Scripts are bad, and it's kind of a crapshoot.

Systemd is fine. Stop getting trolled by antiquated neckbeards. Unless you find a specific problem with something, don't go looking for reasons to fix that which is not broken.

"Allow" Fuck you, Microsoft. You and Apple have lost millions of users to Linux, and I'm here for it.

Remember how all these shitty directors were predicting that people wouldn't care about practical effects anymore after that advent of environmental CG in the 90's? People notice. Yes we care.

TrendNet is far superior and based on Torrence anyway. Netgear and Linksys are junk anyway. Get yourself an open hardware platform, or something that can run OpenWRT. Skip the corporate manufacturers who all kind of suck.

Get a glass or plastic dome to cover while incubating. That will help regulate temperature and humidity shifts and get a much more solid start.

Look around your area for composting facilities. In the US, they usually give it away for free, especially if you have a required community compost pickup program. There may also have a quarry in the area that will let you grab refuse like shale or slab gravel you could use, but the consistency would be the key there.

Almost looks like a rats nest of dandelion, but it's hard to tell from these pictures. Try using the PlantNET app and see what it comes up with.

Bull Shoots will look abnormally large compared to regular growth. They grow too fast because they are using up all the stored nutrients from the dormant plant, and that's why they end up hollow. If these aren't hollow, it's good growth.

They thought wrong. This dumbass idea assumes a single person and NOT a group of people are responsible for scalping tickets, when in actuality this will just drive up scalping prices. You fucking morons.

You're going to be super disappointed to learn that most people who have been using Linux as daily driver for decades just use whatever works. Linus himself just uses Fedora. Nobody that has real shit to do wants to worry about things not working or causing issues. Immutable is pointless, Nix is something I use for work, Ubuntu is dead to me...etc.

This looks like a sandboxing issue. Using the "no-sandbox" flag has never worked on AppImage from what I remember, except for very light runtimes. Running with sudo will throw that error because the root user has no display manager running. Just try running the installer if you don't want to mess around with debugging the AppImage. Check the GitHub Issues for related keywords and see if others are running into the same issue, maybe it's just a specific release, or SELinux cau...

Go back 20 years. See how many times this prediction has been made 🤣🤣 The only shift now is Microsoft shitting the bed so hard that people don't want to deal with them. The difference this time is the MacBook Neo. People would gladly pay Apple $600 for a working machine WITH support and stores everywhere to get help if they have hardware issues. It's the new iPhone business model. They'll be taking more desktop market share than people even imagine on the price point alone.

Versions should be fine. Your options matter though, so send the full command you're using. Also try this: 1) Open one terminal window and run a ping at your remote machine and let it keep running 2) Open another term and run your sync. See if ping lags or delay issues start when the rsync issues start in both windows
