Got a notification that Amazon delivered a small item I'd ordered. Discovered someone (UPS?) had left four big boxes that belong two houses down. (Two boxes shown)

@dirtwizard666 @davidgerard I think cash flow in and out of Iran is still rather complicated.

@JessTheUnstill And one of those people might be them in the future, no matter how technical they are now.

[@BioMan](https://awful.systems/u/BioMan) These are the kind of people who I could picture working away at a laptop in a box truck and they tell you they're close to a breakthrough and then you get closer and the laptop isn't on, and hasn't been powered up for years.

Anyone know if, sitting in a closet somewhere, there are a bunch of frogdesign concept models designed for NeXT? We've seen plenty of concepts that frogdesign made for Apple. But with NeXT we've only seen the finished products. #NeXT #Apple #frogdesign

Stouffer's french bread pizzas are just sad now. They're smaller (I think), and the pepperoni ones have a desultory scattering of a few small pepperoni triangles. Far fewer than there were 40 years ago. Are there no tumbrils?

Anyone hiring *very rusty* mac/iOS devs in CT or remote? I've been taking care of my elderly parents for quite a while, but that's over and now I need to find a job before the house sells and I have to live out of my car. (Don't know how long that will be. Could be six months or more.)

@schwa Just set up a cron job that tells the AI to rewrite some code into a comic opera. Every day.
